The following registration options require a printed form. Registration forms can be printed at this website or are available at the Ocee Arts Center.
A separate form must be filled out for each student. Make checks payable to Ocee Arts Center. Currently, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Age Policy: Ocee strictly enforces the age policies on class and camp registration. The child must be within the school grade range assigned to each class or camp. Ocee will charge a $50 fine for an underage registration. Your child will be dismissed from that class or camp.
Student Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only given if cancellation is made at least 2 business days before the 1st class. Refund is 25% less of class fee, excluding membership donation. No refunds or transfers given within 2 business days of 1st class. Transfer of class at least 2 business days before 1st class. $10 administrative fee charged for transfer. No pro-rated tuition discount after class session has begun. Ocee Arts Center Cancellation Policy: Ocee Arts Center reserves the
right to cancel or change scheduled classes as necessary. We make every effort
to notify students of cancellation or postponement at least 24 hours prior to
the first class. Students may receive a full refund, or transfer to
another class. If you prefer not to have you or your family photographed, please notify the office.** |
