Story builder is a multi-media program that teaches children plot and character development through sequencing and editing classic tales. Children build skills in context comprehension and publish their own versions of these classic tales. The program features lessons in the form of age appropriate games in letter recognition, consonants, vowels and word families. Testing and data tracking are enabled through a motivational electronic passport that kids love. Craft activities incorporating science and engineering topics build on the children's stories and help develop fine motor skills and fundamental science concepts.
