Partnership with Fulton County Arts Council
From the beginning, the Arts Center has operated under a public/private partnership between the Warsaw-Ocee organization and the Fulton County Arts Council, our chief sponsor.
The Fulton County Arts Council was established by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to ensure all Fulton County residents have equal access to the Arts. The Arts Council is the county department designated to provide arts programming and research, and to support the citizens and nonprofit organizations in the ten municipalities and unincorporated areas across Fulton County, and as such assists the Commission in developing and implementing the County’s policies on art and culture.
